We are fortunate to be supported by a fantastic group of adult volunteers who each bring a unique set of skills to the Scout Group.
The group is led by the Group Lead Volunteer who manages the operations and direction of the Scout Group. Each section has a Team Lead responsible for the planning and delivery of the adventurous programme. The Team Leads are supported by our Executive Committee in carrying out their role.
We are always on the look out for adults to get involved and help deliver Scouting to our young people. There is a role to suit everyone and all are welcome. If you are interested please get in touch.
Carl is one of the Group Joint Lead Volunteers and shares overall responsibility for leading and supporting the Scout Group alongside Ben. Together, they ensure the safe and effective delivery of Scouting to young people, support and manage adult volunteers, and uphold the values and policies of The Scout Association.

Ben grew up in Scotland and spend his youth as a Scout adventuring around the highlands. This has given him a passionate interest in the great outdoors and spends all of his free time outside doing adventurous activities. Before moving to London and joining the group Ben was part of leadership team at the 9th Calander Scout Group in Stirlingshire and was one of the instructors at Invertrossachs Scout Activity Centre.

Richard is the Cub Pack Lead Volunteer is responsible for planning and delivering a fun, safe, and adventurous program for young people aged 8–10½ in the Cub Pack. They lead and support a team of adult volunteers to provide high-quality Scouting experiences that promote personal development and teamwork.
The Scout Troop Lead Volunteer is responsible for leading and delivering an engaging and challenging program for young people aged 10½–14 in the Scout Troop. They guide Scouts in developing skills for life, working with a team of adult volunteers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.
After being a leader with the group for many years, Rachel has kindly volunteered to the be the Group Chair. The chair leads the Scout Group’s Executive Committee, working in partnership with the Group Leadership Team to ensure the effective governance, financial stability, and strategic direction of the Scout Group.
