The Scout Troop is the final section in the Scout Group, after Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs. Scouts aims to build and develop young people's confidence, sense of adventure and outdoor skills, as well as encouraging them to explorer their beliefs and attitudes and be creative. It offers them the independence to put these skills into practice at camps and with more adventurous activities.

The 1st Stepney Scout Troop believe strongly in running a programme with everyday adventure at its core. The Troop often meet outdoors and camp regularly throughout the year. Scouts will also have the opportunity to get involved in adventurous activities such as kayaking, canoeing, archery, climbing, power boating and much more.
